Free Shipping in Europe

Free shipping is automatically applied to your checkout for your orders when they are over a certain value. This differs by country because shipping to different countries costs us different amounts.

Your order will qualify for free shipping as follows:

  • Germany, Netherlands and Belgium: All orders over €60
  • France, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Spain (Mainland): All orders over €80
  • Finland, Latvia, Ireland, Italy, Spain (Islands), Greece, Hungary, Portugal: All orders over €125
  • Estonia, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia: All orders over €150

Same Day Shipping

We ship the same day differently depending on country.

To ship same-day please make your order before the following times by country. This ensures there is time to pack and ship the items.

    • Netherlands and Belgium: Anytime before midnight.
    • Germany: 4pm
    • Denmark, Poland, Austria, Luxembourg, France and Spain, Italy, Sweden and Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal, Ireland, Finland, Malta, Estonia, Spanish Islands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Bulgaria: 2pm

International Shipping

Please use our UK store if you are shipping outside of the Europe. You can find it here:

Shipping Times

All deliveries based on working days only which excludes Saturday's, Sunday's and public holidays.

Orders take between 3 to 5 working days from dispatch to delivery depending on where you live and what time you placed your order.

Please email or phone any other requirements which we may help with.

Order Cancellation

Please notify our team of the order cancellation within 15 minutes from the time the order was placed.

Our colleagues at the warehouse process the orders instantly. Once they start the process of packaging your order, the labels are assigned and we cannot cancel the order being shipped to you.

So if the order cancellation was not received within 15 minutes, it means the order may already be on the way to you.

In this case, we will only be able to refund the products, but not the shipping charge - and we can only refund you once the parcel is returned to our warehouse. 

The fastest way to do this is to call us or send us an email via the details on our contact page.

Postbox Unable to Receive Shipment

Please ensure your delivery address is viable for deliveries.

Some postbox addresses can't be delivered to. So the order will just be returned to us.

We will only be able to refund the products, not the shipping charge in this case. So please check if you are unsure before ordering.
